"Delivery was much slower than expected"
I ordered some tea, and to be fair, the products might be really nice, but the delivery experience wasn’t great. It didn’t arrive when it was supposed to, the tracking barely updated, and I ended up having to chase it myself. I’d consider ordering again, but only if the delivery was more reliable

"I reached out for help and got nowhere..."
I reached out for help and got nowhere fast. They just kept giving me vague answers that didn’t solve anything. Like, give me a break, I contacted support because I actually needed support.

"Checkout Was More Annoying Than It Should’ve Been"
I eventually got my order placed, but the checkout process took way more tries than I expected. I’d fill everything out, think I was basically done, and then something would either not go through or make me start part of it over again. It wasn’t impossible or anything, just frustrating because checkout is usually the part where you want to be finished quickly and move on. After a few attempts, it finally worked, but it definitely felt more annoying than it needed to be

"Smelled Nice, but Tasted Weak"
so it smelled nice at first, but the flavor just felt kind of flat to me. I was expecting a bit more from it

"Birthday gift showed up too late"
I ordered this as a birthday gift for my friend, but it didn’t arrive on time, which was really disappointing. I even remember checking the tracking while eating a bowl of cereal at like 11pm, hoping it would update, but nope. It kind of ruined the surprise and made the whole thing feel frustrating.

"Not quite as fresh as I was hoping"
I ordered a few different teas, and maybe I’d feel differently if I were using them mostly for iced tea or mixing them with something, but just opening the bags, the aroma was weaker than I expected. A few of the pieces also looked a little dusty, almost like they’d been sitting around for a while.
The taste wasn’t bad, but it didn’t have much depth, and the fruit pieces didn’t come across as especially fresh. For the price, I was hoping for something a bit more vibrant, so I ended up a little disappointed

"The blends got kinda boring for me"
I really did want to like this shop, but after trying a few things, the blends started feeling sort of same-ish to me. A lot of them are sweet or have those kinda gimmicky flavors, which is fine, but not much made me go, oh this is actually different. I kept checking back now and then hoping they’d have something more interesting, but it mostly feels like the same ideas in a different coat, if that makes sense.

"Tasty tea, but a bit steep for the amount"
I ordered a few teas from Bird & Blend and, to be fair, they were nice 😊 The flavours are fun and some of them smell amazing, though a couple definitely smelled better than they actually tasted.

Delivery was all good and the packaging was really cute, but I just didn’t feel like it was great value for the price. I’d probably grab some again if there was a sale on, but I don’t think I’d pay full price next time...

"I was disappointed with the packaging"
I have to say, the packaging really let me down. The box arrived crushed and messy, and the labels looked kind of cheap to me. I was planning to give it as a gift, but it didn’t feel nice or presentable at all.

"I’m giving 1 star based on my own..."
I’m giving 1 star based on my own experience. I was hoping they’d be more thoughtful about sustainability, but the amount of packaging and the vague info around where things come from really put me off. It just didn’t line up with the image I had of the company.
Maybe I missed something, but when I asked about it, the reply felt like they were hiding behind a policy rather than actually addressing the concern. That kind of excuse is frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order again unless they’re much clearer about their sustainability practices

"I stopped in to pick up some..."
I stopped in to pick up some tea and the tea itself is nice, but the visit was disappointing. At first the staff seemed friendly, but once I started asking about a couple of options, I felt like I was being rushed along. The shop was busy, which I understand, but the sample area was messy and it made the whole experience feel a bit chaotic. I bought one bag and left, but I didn’t feel great about it. I’d probably raise this with the store or customer service if it happens again, because it wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t the relaxed, helpful shopping trip I expected...
